Information from JKJAV on missed vaccination appointment.
KUCHING (June 7): A new appointment date will be automatically set up for those who could not turn up or missed their Covid-19 vaccination appointment, said Special Committee On Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV).
It explained that those who have missed their vaccination appointment date would have to check their SMS and MySejahtera application seven days after for the new appointment date.
They do not need to contact the National Covid-19 Vaccination Registration hotline at 1800-88-828 for a new appointment date.
However, JKJAV said those who wish to change their vaccination date can contact the hotline.
“When they do so, their appointment date will be cancelled and a new date will be notified later via SMS and MySejahtera application.”
JKJAV said the change of appointment date cannot be done at the vaccination centres.
For those who had opted for the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine, they are not allowed to change their appointment date, it added.
