-

-As the focus for this year, we have shifted our attention towards changing into a digital society as our core theme,- said Abang Karim.

He was speaking at the launching of the 2018 MPC capacity development programme at MPC state headquarters in Demak near here yesterday.

Abang Karim said MPC looked forward to playing a greater role in spearheading the change in promoting productivity, especially in relation to diverting the shift of focus towards the digital age.

-

-Last year we had about 70 programmes involving more than 2,400 participants, which is among the highest organised by MPC.

However, we are keen to organise more events apart from the 56 programmes planned for 2018,- he added.

For this year, Abang Karim said MPC aimed to lure experts from universities to be part of the team, and expressed his confidence of MPC forming a very supportive team.

-

Later, he presented the -Healthy Certificates- to staff of MPC Demak.
